Oooh I love the 5th option. I learned long ago that I care more about what I wear to bed than he does. Unless, of course, I care to NOT wear it. Then, he cares :) For now, though, nursing baby wins over husband most nights. I guess I dress for him.

LOVE the 5th option! I like a chemise if I'm feeling flirty, but for day to day wear, I'm definitely a pajama girl. This seems to be a great way to be comfy AND flirty. I bet my husband would love it.

Yup, nursing here too. Sleep nursing bras are utterly attractive, right? My husband laughed at my undies the other night too, they are so overwashed that they don't want to stay up anymore! Had 3 c-sections here hubby! I promptly told him that it's a good thing Valentine's day is coming but he has to make sure it's all cotton.

The in-feed ad for this post was "The Hoodie Footie". So. Wrong.

I've had a bit of luck with Target's Gillian Omailley line- super soft.

Funny, yet totally right. Post c-section panties..... I remember mine, they looked like a stretched out rubber band. There's this new blog you should check out with a lady with five kids! You two would probably get along. It's: http://bethcaron.wordpress.com

This was well time. My hubby just asked me this week if I planned to start wearing something sexier to bed soon. Thanks for the tips.

Ok, so now *I* can't stop thinking about #5. But it costs $160!!! Do you know of anything similar that doesn't have quite such a high price tag? I mean, my husband would probably pay it, but according to our budget he really shouldn't! :)

I just started wearing actual pajamas about 2 years ago at the age of 35. Before that I wore shorts and a t-shirt. I have a couple pairs of GapBody pajamas and they are my favorite. They are made out of the modal fabric (love modal and micromodal, but it is clingy and can show off imperfections that I notice but luckily hubby does not). I like the short shorts with lacy but-not-itchy trim and matching shirts. They were about $40 for each set, less if you can find them on sale. I've also found cute pj's at Target and Herbergers that were reasonably priced (less than $40).

I also have 2 lingerie sets. They are not to sleep in and I only wear them for 5-10 min. tops. I don't wear them very often so when I dig them out, dust them off and put them on, he doesn't realize they are one of the 2 sets I already own. He gets to see me in something sexy, I don't have to spend a lot of money, and I can still sleep in my Gap pj's. It's a win-win!!

Hahaha, we just went pajama shopping a few weeks ago on date night. Let me tell you - not an easy or fun thing to do! Hubby would love for me to sleep in something like #1, but this girl MUST have her arms and legs covered! I live in sunny CA, we have an electric blanket, but I still must have sleeves and pants. Even in the summer, I like my shoulders and arms covered :-/

I'm really diggin' the look of #3 - a silk tunic? Yes, please! Looks so comfy, and the shoulders/arms are covered!

I usually sleep in a jersey maxi spagetti top and deep V cut gown. I found it at Cato's last year, and it is perfect for nursing and flattering a post partum body. I've been wearing it a lot though, and am getting kinda tired of it. I want something new! I love pick #1. I am really into nauticals. Maybe one day I will get something like this!

Lmfao...I just ordered replacements of exactly those post-partum undies. I've dropped too much weight and my first set were falling off. So 15 new pair of the Aerie undies it is!

My poor husband...I wear his t-shirts and yoga pants to bed. Used to be more of an underwear-only kinda sleeper (which suited him better) but now that I'm up 782 times a night to nurse...

Thanks for the mention, Jeanie! This post really hits home. After 5 C's, I totally empathize with wondering what to wear to bed...heck, what to wear at all in those early post-partum weeks. Glad I found y'all, Shana and Molly.
